INSTRUCTIONS TO UPDATE YOUR WEB PAGE

Log onto WWW.LINDENHURSTCHAMBER.COM and choose the MEMBER LOGIN tab from the choices across the top of the page.

Enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD which can be found at the bottom of this email. Then click LOGIN. Please note the USER NAME will change if the contact person on your page is changed. If you do change the contact person for your company, please notify the webmaster immediately so your new USER NAME can be sent to you.

On the MAIN MENU page, under MEMBER INFORMATION, choose CHANGE PROFILE. Please note that WEB STATS will let you know how many visitors have looked at your page. This is especially important if you make sure to mention you are a member in all your advertising and lead the customers through our site to your personal page, which then can link to your main website if you have one.

At your CHAMBER MEMBERS DATA ENTRY page:

Choose your closest category from the drop down list next to CATEGORY_NAME by clicking on the down arrow found to the right of the choice line. Please note that not every conceivable business is listed. Instead, the category choice should be the closest to your service. If none seem to adequately reflect your business profile, please notify the webmaster and consideration will be given to possibly add a category.

Fill in ALL blank areas along the left side. Please note that the FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME are imperative. This information is used by the system to generate your USER NAME. Any changes to this area will result in an automatic change in your USER NAME which could affect your ability to access your page in the future. If you change this name, please notify the webmaster immediately. You have a choice as to whether your telephone, cell phone or pager information is shown to the public (detailed later in these instructions). We request that you fill in this information for our own internal records whether you opt to show it or not. Also, the HOME PHONE, EMAIL ADDRESS and WEBSITE are NOT available for public viewing. This information is only viewable by the webmaster and authorized members of the Chamber Board of Directors for record keeping purposes and for contacting members. In place of the EMAIL ADDRESS and WEBSITE<
