The journey of 3LB was driven by the founder Yami's quest for healthier flavored coffee options, catalyzed by a cancer diagnosis a few years ago. However, her search in local grocery stores and coffee shops yielded no satisfactory results. Thus, 3Legged Brewing was born, with a resolute mission to craft coffee-forward, all-natural cold brews that delivered an indulgent taste without compromising on health.
Beginning as a beloved farmers market brand, they have garnered immense affection from customers and community in a very short period of time, which led their decision to open the first coffee brewery in Lindenhurst with a taproom for public and expanded production capacity to supply local retailers and food service accounts.
Their ambition is to pioneer as the first clean-label, small-batch coffee brewery dedicated to serving all-natural, zero/low-calorie beverages crafted from only the finest ingredients.
